Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship products within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering. Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are included in the purchase price of the item. You should receive a shipping receipt and tracking number once your order is processed. If there is a problem receiving your order, you should first contact the shipping agency indicated on your order confirmation (USPS, UPS, etc.) for clarification.

You have fourteen calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the return shipment.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspecting the item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). When you receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
